Niddah נדה
a tractate of the order of Tohorot
The laws of separation in the days of impurity and of purification by immersion concern not the Temple but the home, and so they survived the destruction. Of the whole order of purity, Gemara was written only on Niddah—in Babylonia and in the Land of Israel alike.
The tractate works through the periods and the signs, distinguishes kinds of blood, speaks of childbirth and the days that follow it, and along the way of the ages of maturity and of the body as the sages understood it. Out of these laws grew "taharat ha-mishpachah", family purity, kept to this day.
Order: Tohorot. There is Gemara in both the Babylonian and the Jerusalem Talmud.
