Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Safrin of Komarno רבי יעקב משה ספרין מקומרנא
the third rebbe of Komarno
He took the court after the death of his father, the Damesek Eliezer, in 1898 and led it thirty years.
His daughter Rachel Perl married Rabbi Chaim Elazar Shapira, the Minchat Elazar—so the house of Komarno became kin to the house of Munkacs, and the two kabbalistic lines met in one family.
He died on 15 Tammuz 1929. His son Rabbi Shalom took the court.
