Yuval יוּבָל
"father of all who handle harp and pipe"
"And his brother's name was Yuval; he was the father of all who handle harp and pipe" (Bereshit 4:21).
Kinnor and ugav are two names that run through the whole Tanakh: the kinnor will be in David's hands, and the ugav stands in the last verse of Tehillim, where all that breathes is called to praise. The Torah sets the beginning of both here, in the seventh generation from Adam through Cain.
The Torah gives no years.
