Rabbi David Moshe Rosenbaum of Kretchnif רבי דוד משה ראזענבוים מקרעטשניף
the third rebbe of Kretchnif; he raised the court anew in Rechovot
Son of Rabbi Eliezer Zeev. He was born on the eve of the Day of Atonement 1924 in Sighet.
He survived Auschwitz; after the war he came to Erets Yisrael, was first in Jerusalem, then settled in Rechovot and set up there the Shaar Eliezer yeshiva—named for his father.
He died on 15 Tammuz 1969 in Bucharest, where he had travelled, and is buried in Rechovot.
